Find the job number via its invoice
Logistics providers can find a job's number through its invoice.
You can locate and download invoices in Invoice Summary in the Invoices section in eCargo Web.
Use Search to enter information you know about the job - such as the time frame it took place in.
Download the search results as a CSV - you can then open the CSV as a spreadsheet and look through the invoice details to find the job number.
Find the job number via the 'Consignment Extract' report
Logistics providers can find a job's number by running a report which the job appears in.
You can do this in Consignment Extract in the Reports section of eCargo Web.
Enter information you know about the job (such as the date range, carrier, and business), then View Report.
Once the report has been generated, you can see matching job numbers in the Consignment column.
