Save the freight job
Check if you have saved the job you are trying to print - there can be issues with printing an unsaved job.
Log out of eCargo
Try logging out of eCargo, and logging in again - this can help if settings for the printer have been changed since opening eCargo.
Re-save the printer's properties
Outside of eCargo, find the list of printers on your computer and open the printer properties for the printer you're having the error for.
Click 'OK' to re-save the properties (you don't need to make any changes), and try printing again.
Restart your computer
Try turning your computer off and on again. This will reset the printer's configuration.
