You can print 101 by 149 mm labels for jobs using a Zebra Label Printer or on A4 to standard laser printer. The labels may also print on other label printers, however the media size needs to be similar to the 101 by 149 mm eCargo label size.
Before you are able to print the labels, you will need to set up the printer on your PC.
Note: These instructions have been written for the Zebra Label Printer GK420d - some steps may vary slightly for your printer model.
The Zebra GK420d is now discontinued. Replacement models include the ZD230 and ZD421.

Installing the printer
Before you connect the printer to your computer and turn it on, you need to install drivers for the printer.
Printer drivers can be downloaded from the support and downloads section of Zebra's website.
Configuring the printer
Once the printer drivers are installed, you should do a Standard Media Calibration - a two flash sequence.
1 - Have the printer powered on and the top covered
2 - Hold the Feed button
3 - Wait for the green status LED to flash twice, then let go of the Feed button
Testing the printer
Once the printer has been installed and configured, try printing a label to see if it prints successfully.
1 - In eCargo Premium, locate a job to do a test label print of.
2 - Right click on the job and select Print.
3 - In the Print box, select the label printer you have installed, and print a label.
If the label doesn't print as it should, see our troubleshooting article on Why aren't labels printing correctly?
