If a job needs to be cancelled (and hasn't been delivered yet), you can withdraw it. You can also unwithdraw a mistakenly withdrawn job.

Withdrawing a job
Who can withdraw a job:
- Users who can create jobs
- Users with full administrator access
When you can withdraw a job:
- When a job has not yet been delivered.
To withdraw a job, first locate it in the Details tab of eCargo Premium. You can then right click on the job and select Withdraw.
Add a short comment explaining why the job was withdrawn, then save the job.
Unwithdrawing a job
To unwithdraw a job that has been withdrawn, search for it using its Delivery Number. The job will have a strike through its details to indicate that it is withdrawn.
To unwithdraw the job, right click it, then select Unwithdraw under Undo.
Add a short comment explaining why the job was unwithdrawn, then save the job.
