When a job has been delivered, the carrier needs to confirm this has happened in eCargo.

When you confirm delivery in eCargo, you add the arrival date and time - the time you arrived at the delivery destination. If you're tracking wait times, you can also add the departure time - the time you left the delivery destination.
Confirming job delivery in eCargo Premium
In the Summary tab, you can see all jobs which need to be confirmed as delivered. Clicking the number in the relevant row will take you to Details where you can update these jobs.
In the Details tab, right click on a job (or select multiple jobs using ctrl, shift, or click and drag) and Confirm Delivery.
Confirming job delivery in eCargo Web
In Picked Up jobs on the eCargo Web Dispatch dashboard, you can see jobs that need to be confirmed as delivered.
Check the boxes of jobs you want to confirm as delivered, then use Select Action to Confirm Delivery.
