eCargo Web is a browser-based version of the Windows Premium app with a cleaner, simplified interface. The base dispatch functionality remains the same as Premium, but the way you access and view information has been improved.

- Everything is now web-based - Access from any browser and any device (Windows PC, Mac, tablet and other large screen formats will work best).
- No software updates - Always running the latest version in your browser.
- Visual status tracking - Clear workflow indicators replace status columns.
- Clean information display - Essential details upfront, flexible summarisation with additional details on demand.

Consignment statuses: Old vs New
The table below describes the differences and how the status in Premium maps to the new:

| Unassigned | No carrier assigned. Assign a carrier. | Assign Carrier |
| Assigned | Assigned to the carrier. Allocate a vehicle to confirm booking. | Allocate Vehicle |
| Confirmed | Vehicle allocated. Consignment is confirmed as ready for pickup. | Confirm Dispatch |
| In transit | Pickup confirmed. Consignment is in transit to its destination. | Confirm Delivery |
| Delivered | Delivered to destination. No further activity is expected. | Delivered |
| Cancelled | No carrier assigned. Assign a carrier. | Withdrawn |

Type the consignment number into search bar. Bonus tip: Enter multiple consignment numbers to search for multiple at once |

| Check what's overdue | Look for "Late for pickup" / "Late for delivery" from the Dashboard page |
