Sept 2022: Special instructions for pickup

To receive the benefits of the following new features and bug fixes all users are advised to install the latest version of the Premium Windows application. Premium version X.2022.1003.981

Features

• Pickup special instructions. The consignment api now supports setting specific pickup instructions for each customer pickup site/address. This is useful for communicating persistent information such as opening hours or other information relevant to the carrier. The pickup instructions can be set against the customer in the Pickup instructions attribute and will appear in the Instructions field for each consignment created via the Consignment API.
• The CHEP report now allows a single user to run the report for multiple sites.

Bug fixes

• Special characters, such as &, " and <, were being poorly encoded in some instances.
