I forgot my password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the eCargo Web login screen.
Selecting Forgotten your password? lets you enter the email address you use for your eCargo account, and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
If you haven't received a password reset email, please check your spam folder. If there is still no email, get in touch with eCargo Support.
I want to change my password
You can change your password by going to Change Password in the Admin section of eCargo Web.
To create a new password, you must first enter your existing password. You can also add a Password Reminder as a hint for yourself if you forget your password.
