Once a user administrator has set you up with an account, you can use it to log into both eCargo Premium and eCargo Web.

Creating an eCargo user account
An account can be created for you by a user administrator either within your business or by your logistics provider.
They will set you up with a username and password, after which you can reset your password.
Your login can be used to access both eCargo Premium and eCargo Web.
Logging in to eCargo Premium
eCargo Premium is the desktop version of the eCargo software.
After you have downloaded and installed eCargo Premium, open the program and enter your login details into the login box that pops up.

Logging in to eCargo Web
eCargo Web includes the browser-based version of the eCargo software, as well as account settings and back-office tasks.
You can log in using the Log In link at www.ecargo.co.nz
