New consignments are created using the Premium dispatch application (you'll find the getting started guide here). To create a new job, click the New Job button from the top menu bar (this can be done from either the Summary or Details screens). This will open the Job Details screen.
Pickup & Delivery
The first tab in the Job Details window is Pickup & Delivery - by default the pickup will be your business name and address. To enter the delivery details click the To field in the Delivery section. This will open the Business Search window which you can use to search for your destination.
You can narrow your search down by selecting the Business Type, eg Port or DC.The My Customers option returns only customers, destinations or other businesses that you have previously created jobs to or from.
Tip: If you do not find what you are looking for try deselecting the My Customers check box and search again. This will return all business that match your criteria.
If no results are returned the New button will appear, allowing you to enter a new address into the database.
Once a destination is selected or created click on the Next button to move the the Main tab.
