New Features

• Invoice details performance improvements: The invoice details page, and the viewing of invoice lines, has been sigificantly sped up thanks to some magic from our database developers.

Bug Fixes

• Errors when viewing invoice lines in the Credit Received status: Customers were getting an error when trying to view invoice lines in the Invoice Details page. This has now been fixed.
• Custom error page: Rather than show you ugly system error pages we've developed a custom error page that instructs you what to do next.
